Patient Instructions

The staff at Great Lakes Medical Imaging will make sure that your visit is relaxing, comfortable, and as quick as possible. To expedite your visit, please remember to:

• Contact your GLMI scheduled location at least 48 hours prior to your exam to determine if any special preparation is required
• Bring your medical insurance information
• Bring any previous films and/or reports relating to your exam
• Arrive a few minutes early to fill out any paperwork that is needed
