We are pleased to offer our customers an advanced look at the Summer 2012 release!
As you already know, significant changes were made to the clinical assessment pages in your system with the spring release. With the Summer 2012 release, even more enhancements are being made to the clinical areas of the system. Please refer to this release document for an overview of changes.
Beginning Monday, May 14th all ASP users are automatically given access to a Summer 2012 test system. This system will allow you to experience these enhancements and provide valuable feedback to the GLMI Development Team. Separate logins have been established for each discipline so users may use the new discipline specific assessments and notes.

Your feedback is essential to making this a success. We have outlined a suggested workflow so you will experience all the new features.
1. Admit a patient. Please note that this test system is being shared by multiple agencies, so we ask that you use your agency name as your test patient’s last name. *PLEASE DO NOT ENTER ACTUAL PATIENT DATA!
2. Create an assessment. Give your patient an active (AC) status and a start of care date. This will initiate the creation of an assessment. Please also, create a Plan of Care.
3. Create Visit Notes and use discipline specific logins to test the new, discipline specific notes and assessments.
4. Give feedback! Your feedback is essential to making this release a success. Email all comments, questions, and suggestions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
