GLMI’s November 2010 Release training will begin on Tuesday, November 9th with updates beginning Monday, November 15th.
Training webinars will be conducted Tuesday, November 9th and Thursday, November 11th. GLMI strongly recommends all clinical and billing staff attend a training webinar to ensure complete understanding of the items included in the release.
Having attended any of the Release Training Webinars listed below, your agency may contact GLMI Customer Support at (269) 963-1040, option 1, to schedule the update. After receiving the release, laptops must transfer over a high speed Internet connection to apply the update.
ASP agencies will be updated automatically on Tuesday, November 16th between 9 and 11pm EST.
