NGS Claims Processing Issue

National Government Services announced an issue processing Part A institutional provider claims which were submitted electronically on January 3rd, 4th, and 5th of 2011. A recently implemented system change caused the claims to process with incorrect units of service.

At this time, NGS is asking that no action be taken to correct these claims. The problem has since been corrected. Please refer to www.ngsmedicare.com for additional information.
