The University of GLMI draws from their experts as they enlist GLMI Billing Services to present ‘Insurance Eligibility’ on Thursday, January 20th! Having found that monitoring insurance eligibility is an integral factor for a successful billing department, Sara Kidder will share routine practices that have contributed to the department’s accomplishments.
This session will touch on the significance of performing insurance verifications, what agencies should be looking for, and why the information is important. Sara will also dive into the Ubiquity system, identifying where to record the information and how to create the eligibility file within Ubiquity.
