At GLMI, customer success is our top priority. In order to maintain exceptional availability and reliability of our Cloud Services, we are preparing to move current GLMI Cloud Services (formerly referred to as GLMI ASP/SaaS) to our newest data center, which offers more capacity. You may begin to see some minor differences in the next few weeks leading up to this migration. For example, the login web site will look a little different. Don’t be alarmed, these are minor changes we are making to prepare for the actual migration. Your agency will be verbally notified and a schedule will be coordinated prior to your system migration.
Why the change?
We are constantly reviewing and monitoring our capacity levels over our data center to ensure we are planning for our customers’ growth. Therefore, we are moving the current GLMI Cloud Services to the new data center that offers more capacity to ensure we continue to provide your agency with the same levels of performance that you have come to expect from GLMI.
When will this migration occur?
We are currently targeting the months of June and July for this migration. Subsequent communication with the exact date and time will be sent prior to the migration.
How will this change impact my organization?
It is GLMI’s goal to have very little service downtime during your normal business hours. We will work with you to ensure that a migration schedule it created that best fits your agency with as little disruption as possible.
What happens after the migration?
Once the migration is complete you can access the GLMI Cloud Service as usual.
