Agencies are receiving warnings from the state during OASIS submission indicating:
“The submitted HIPPS_VERSION must match the calculated HIPPS_VERSION value.”
Agencies began receiving these warning for all OASIS with a M0090 Date in 2011, after receiving the December Regulatory Update. This is occurring as the HIPPS_Version V3212 became effective January 1, 2012, which was received with the December Regulatory Update. Agencies may continue to see this warning during this transition period and will see the issue resolved once OASIS with a M0090 date of January 1, 2012 and later are submitted.
