GLMI’s August 2010 Release training will begin on Tuesday, August 31st with updates beginning Wednesday, September 1st. This update includes the second Helper Tools release, enhancements for several reports, as well as updates to Accounts Receivables, Clinical, Contact, Demographics, and System.
Training webinars will be conducted Tuesday, August 31st and Thursday, September 2nd. Attendance of an August 2010 Release Training Webinar is required before your agency can receive the release. We strongly recommend that all clinical and billing staff attend a training webinar to ensure complete understanding of the items included in the release.
Once your agency has received the update, a create all send files will need to be completed and all laptops must then file transfer over a high speed internet connection prior to any person on the network accessing Helper Tools.
