When contracting GLMI’s Billing Services, we will:
- Institute a prompt, clean billing process for all current and future claims, including benchmarking and performance reporting
- Institute a comprehensive audit and analysis of all A/R amounts
- Search for unbilled services to be sure all recorded client services were actually billed for or were consciously written-off by management instruction
- Implement a one-time catch-up of late billing services for non emergency claims
- Search for revenue rebilling opportunities and re-bill for proper earned amounts
